1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of asfna.org (the website), run by the Amhara Sport Federation in North America ("ASFNA", "we" or "us"), a Colorado nonprofit corporation. By using the website or sending us a form, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
2. Using the website
Please use the website lawfully. You must not try to reach other people’s information, interfere with the website’s security, or send false, harmful or automated submissions.
3. Tournament information
We work to keep tournament information accurate, but dates, venues, sports, schedules, results and other details can change or be cancelled. Please check the website or contact us before you travel or make plans.
4. Applications and registration
Team, player, volunteer and vendor applications open only when we announce them.
- You must give true and complete information.
- Sending an application doesn’t guarantee a place, a team entry, a vendor space or a volunteer role. ASFNA staff review each application and reply by email.
- Forms that ask you to confirm you are 18 or older are for adults only. Rules for anyone under 18 will be published before youth registration opens, and a parent or guardian must complete it.
- Eligibility rules, divisions and fees are published before registration opens, and they apply to your application.
5. Sponsors and vendors
A sponsorship enquiry or vendor application doesn’t create an agreement. Any sponsorship or vendor arrangement is confirmed separately in writing.
6. Payments
The website doesn’t take public payments yet. When it does, payments are taken in the name Amhara Sport Federation in North America and processed by Stripe. We don’t receive or store your full card number or security code.
Before you pay, we will show the price, what it covers and the refund terms that apply. If you are charged twice or charged in error, contact us and we will correct it.
7. Our content
The ASFNA name, logos, lion icon, pattern, text and images on the website belong to ASFNA or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.
8. Links to other sites
The website links to other sites, such as our X account, and payments go through Stripe. Those services are run by others under their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for them.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, ASFNA isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new date.
